EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

John Dulchinos

President and Chief Executive Officer

John Dulchinos was appointed Chief Executive Officer and a director of Adept in September 2008. From June 2007 to September 2008 he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that he held various positions within Adept including Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Robotics, Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Vice President of North American Sales, and Director of OEM Business. He joined Adept in October 1987. Mr. Dulchinos is a visionary and active member of the robotics industry, currently serving on the board of directors of the Robotics Industry Association, the International Federation of Robotics and the Robotics Technology Consortium. He also serves on the board of Visicon Technologies, a privately held vision inspection company, and is a recipient of the Dreammakers and Risk Takers Innovation award from the Livermore Chamber of Commerce. His leadership and in-depth knowledge of the operations of the Company combinedwith his long-term involvement in the robotics industry provides him with extensive technical and market knowledge crucial to informed decision making at the Board level. Mr. Dulchinos holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a concentration in robotics.

John Boutsikaris

Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing

John Boutsikaris joined Adept Technology on October 31, 2011 as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. He has over 30 years of experience with domestic/international sales, marketing and aftermarket services with a broad set of companies from Fortune 50 to Micro Caps. His early career started with Hewlett Packard holding various sales and channel management positions including Vice President, Worldwide Channel Partners. His most recent experience was as a Senior Vice President at Key Technologies where he grew orders almost 100% in five years and managed global Sales, Marketing and Aftermarket Services. Mr. Boutsikaris holds a bachelor's of science from University of California, Fullerton.

Lisa Cummins

Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Lisa Cummins joined Adept as Corporate Controller in May 2007 and was appointed Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in July 2007 and then Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in October 2011. She has twenty years of experience in corporate accounting. Prior to joining Adept, Lisa held a variety of senior financial management positions at both large and small companies and was most recently with Pacer International, a $2 billion publicly traded holding company with operations in non-asset based third-party logistics and intermodal freight transportation services. She has also held financial and accounting positions at APL, EQE International and Oracle, and was an auditor with Ernst & Young. She holds an MBA from St. Mary's College and a bachelor's degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Joachim Melis

Vice President, Business and Development and Managing Director of Europe

Joachim Melis was appointed Vice President, Business Development and General Manager of Adept Europe in August 2010. Prior to such appointment, Mr. Melis served as Vice President, Worldwide Sales since June 2007 and as Vice President, Europe from August 2004 until June 2007. He joined Adept in October 1990 as an Applications Engineer in our Germany office and served in several roles, including Applications Supervisor, Manager of European Customer Service, Managing Director of the RDA Services Division and Managing Director for Sales and Service in Germany and France. Mr. Melis holds a degree in Electronics from the University of Dortmund, Germany.

OTHER MANAGEMENT TEAM MEMBERS

Jeff Baird

Vice President, Engineering

Jeff Baird was appointed Vice President of Engineering in February, 2011. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Baird served as Director of Engineering since June, 2006 and Director of Robotics Engineering from 2005 to 2006. He joined Adept in November 1993 as an Applications Engineer in our Cincinnati office and served in several roles including Applications Supervisor, Midwest Applications Manager and North American Applications Manager. He transferred to our Headquarters in California in 2002 as Photonics Program Manager. He later started and managed Systems Engineering and served as our Staff Systems Engineer from 2003 until 2005. Mr. Baird holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.

Rush LaSelle

Vice President and General Manager of Mobile Robots

Rush LaSelle joined Adept as Director of Worldwide Sales and Marketing in August of 2009. In July, 2011 he was appointed Vice President and General Manager of Mobile Robots. Mr. LaSelle has over 15 years of experience with advanced robotics and automation systems in managing both sales and operations. The majority of his work has centered around expanding the reach of robotics into markets and industries traditionally underserved by flexible automation. Prior to joining Adept, he served as a General Manager for FANUC Robotics. Mr. LaSelle holds an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and a bachelor's of science in mechanical engineering from Santa Clara University.
